Er bearbeitet wirtschaftsrechtliche Angelegenheiten, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Gr\u00fcndung, Liquidation, Umwandlung, Aufteilung und Fusion von Gesellschaften.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5148\" data-end=\"5260\">Seine Kenntnisse im Wirtschaftsrecht nutzt er auch in F\u00e4llen von Wirtschaftsstraftaten (White-Collar Crime).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5262\" data-end=\"5466\">Er spricht flie\u00dfend Englisch und beherrscht Italienisch.
