Piotr Żebiałowicz

Attorney-at-law, member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration.

He is experienced in provision of legal services to corporate clients, combining litigation practice with such competences as advisory, designing and reviewing of legal aspects of business activities. He is specifically involved in software trade and implementation, pure creative works, drafting and enforcing business contracts, general terms and non-competition clauses. He also handles consumer law matters.

Piotr is the winner of the award founded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education for his Master’s Thesis entitled “Limitations on Freedom of Contracts in Licence and Copyright Transfer Agreements”.
