Attorney, graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144, Faculty of Law and Administration, member of the Greater Poland Bar Association. He has completed post-graduate studies in the field of criminal law at the University of Warsaw.<\/p>\n
Jacek specialises in substantive and procedural criminal law, with special emphasis on penal fiscal law and commercial law, including tax evasion and carousel transactions. He also deals with international legal transactions in criminal cases, including the European arrest warrant issues.<\/p>\n
He worked as a Public Prosecutor for several years: starting from Pozna\u0144-Nowe Miasto District Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office and ending with Circuit and Regional Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office in Pozna\u0144, Financial and Tax Crime Department. He conducted complex and complicated proceedings concerning commercial crimes, including cross-border tax evasion worth a few million Polish zlotys.<\/p>\n
