Krzysztof Wyjatek has graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration. He completed training as a judge. He worked as a Public Prosecutor at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Gniezno until 1981. Then, he worked as an attorney-at-law. In 1983, he was entered in the register of advocates maintained by the Circuit Bar Association in Poznań.

Krzysztof Wyjatek specialises in criminal, civil and real estate law. He was very successful in representing parties to civil proceedings, both in and out of court, for many years.

Krzysztof Wyjatek’s long-term practice as a public prosecutor and advocate guarantees that he provides top quality services in criminal proceedings either as an auxiliary prosecutor or defender.
