Attorney-at-law and Doctor of Law. Studied at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and at the University of Trier in Germany.

Founder and partner of Henclewski Wyjatek Adwokaci Law Firm.

Speaker and participant of numerous conferences and trainings.

Has many years of practice in providing legal services to corporate and individual clients.

Completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. As part of his academic work at AMU, he received a research grant for the years 2013-2014 for Young Scientists and PhD students.

Defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “The Vacated Mortgage Priority Position”, which was later published as a monograph.

Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also conducts civil law classes for attorney trainees of the Wielkopolska Bar Association.

Winner of the competition “Forbes Professionals – Professions of Public Trust” in the lawyer category in the Wielkopolska region.
