Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EC) 2016/697 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, please be informed that:
the controller of your personal data, i.e. entities which jointly determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, is:

acting jointly as Kancelaria Adwokacka Tomasz Henclewski, Wojciech Wyjatek Adwokaci s.c. (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).
The Controller will process your data in order to conclude and perform the agreement for the provision of legal services, perform obligations arising under the provisions of law (e.g. tax, accounting or administrative obligations) and establish, exercise or defend legal claims, if any.
Your consent is not required for the above purposes because the processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement (legal basis: Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR) or for the compliance with a legal obligation (legal basis: Article 6.1(c) of the GDPR) and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, if any, which represents the legitimate interests of the Controller (legal basis: Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR).
You give your personal data freely, however the data are necessary for the agreement conclusion and performance and for the performance of obligations imposed on the Controller in relation to the agreement performance.
Your data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients for the attaining of the above purposes: banks and authorities. Your data may also be made available to entities acting at the Controller’s request such as advocates and attorneys-at-law, advocate trainees and attorney-at-law trainees, tax advisors and other lawyers, as well as to entities performing actions related to the law firm operations (IT services, mail and courier services, bookkeeping and accounting services, document management).

If you find that the actions taken by the Controller or entities acting on its behalf breach the personal data protection provisions, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
The Controller will store your personal data pursuant to § 5.2 of the Rules of professional conduct of an advocate as a sole practitioner or at a company, i.e. case-related data for one year after the engagement completion. However, the documents that may constitute the basis for an advocate’s liability will be stored by the end of the limitation period of claims that could be raised against the Controller.
