Marta Januszkiewicz
Trainee Attorney-at-Law

Trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She has graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration. She wrote her Master’s Thesis about the issue of a power of attorney in the Polish civil proceedings. Marta joined Henclewski & Wyjatek Law Firm in 2014.

During her law studies, she acted as the co-ordinator of the Student Legal Advice Centre. Marta is interested in civil litigation law, specifically enforcement proceedings, and issues related to claiming compensation from insurance companies. She is involved in providing day-to-day legal services to corporate clients.
