Monika specializes in pursuing claims against financial market entities, including handling Swiss franc cases. She is a specialist in the subject of debt security, the author of a number of articles and a participant in numerous scientific conferences on this subject.

She has several years of practice in providing legal services to one of the leading banks in Poland.
