Attorney and Partner at Henclewski & Wyjatek Law Firm. He has graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration. He has been a member of the Greater Poland Bar Association since 2006. Tomasz completed one-year post-graduate legal studies in Trier, Germany. He has long-term experience in providing legal services to corporate and individual clients. Tomasz Henclewski is working at the Department of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is also an author of publications concerning mortgage and commercial law matters. He received a research grant for young scholars and PhD students for his academic work at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 2013 and 2014.

His areas of professional practice include matters related to real estate transactions, corporate law and civil (business) disputes at court. He was involved in a number of court disputes between tenants and shopping centre owners. He has extensive experience in administrative, civil and business law. He was also involved in numerous court disputes related to combating unfair competition.
