Izabela Pietrzak-Abucewicz

She graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration in 2002. Her Master’s Thesis entitled “Legal situation of a taxpayer in the bankruptcy proceedings” won the first prize in the 9^th competition for the best Master’s Thesis concerning tax issues organised by Przegląd Podatkowy [Tax Review] magazine in 2003. Izabela has been an attorney-at-law since 2007 and member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

She graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and Business, Faculty of Management, field of study: Real Estate Management in 2009. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011. Izabela specialises in business law and real estate-related legal issues (including spatial planning and development, investment and construction process, real estate transactions, legal status of real estate and reprivatisation claims). She has participated in numerous scientific conferences concerning business law, spatial planning and development.

She has been working as a lecturer at the Poznań University of Life Sciences since 2012. She specialises in real estate management, economics and appraisal, and business law.
