Wojciech Wyjatek
Attorney, Partner
Attorney and Partner at Henclewski & Wyjatek Law Firm. He has graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration. He has been a member of the Greater Poland Bar Association since 2005.
Wojciech has been providing legal services to corporate and individual clients since 2004. In 2005, he worked as an intern at Lee&Tapalaga Law Firm, New York, USA, for a few months, where he dealt with civil, administrative and criminal cases.
He uses his professional experience to assist business entities with foreign capital, in particular as regards negotiations of commercial contracts and agreements as well as resolution of disputes.
Wojciech Wyjatek participates in medical law conferences. He has gained experience in cases concerning criminal and civil liability of medical doctors and staff for medical malpractice. He also specialises in the so-called white-collar crimes.
He is an author of numerous publications concerning substantive and procedural criminal law.
He was nominated for the “2013 Forbes Professionals – Public Trust Profession” award.
