Karol Szadkowski, PhD

Attorney and member of the Greater Poland Bar Association since 2010. He has graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration.

He has also completed post-graduate banking law studies. He has completed doctoral studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Department of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law. He is an experienced academic teacher and lecturer. Karol Szadkowski conducted a number of training courses for businesses in the field of commercial contract law and claim security.

Thanks to his long-standing experience and practice acquired in one of the biggest law firms of the Wielkopolska region, he provides legal services to corporate clients. He was also responsible for providing legal services to the companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as transaction advisory services.

He specialises in litigation and court disputes concerning civil and business matters. Karol Szadkowski also specialises in corporate law and transaction advisory services.
