We offer legal services both to companies employing expatriates and individuals who wish to regulate legal aspects related to their stay in Poland and other states of the Schengen Area. Before commencement of any stay legalisation procedures, we analyse the Client’s legal situation and assist in selecting the most adequate solutions. We support our Clients during the administrative proceedings under the immigration law. We represent their interests in authorities of both instances and before administrative courts if necessary.

Some of our Clients employ expatriates. Under Polish law, there are special regulations applicable to foreign worker employment. We help interpret and implement them in the Client’s company.
