Tomasz Henclewski

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Attorney at law and Managing Partner in Henclewski & Wyjatek Law Firm. He graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2006 he has been a member of Wielkopolska Izba Adwokacka (Poznań Bar). He finished postgraduate law studies in Trier, Germany. He has long-standing experience in providing legal services for corporate and individual clients. Mr. Henclewski is a member of the Department of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law at Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and an author of various publications in the field of mortgage and commercial law. He received a research grant for his research work at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań for young scientists and PhD students.

In his practice Mr Henclewski specializes in cases concerning real estates, company law and conducting civil and commercial litigations. He has participated in numerous proceedings and disputes between tenants and shopping malls as well as those connected with combating unfair competition. He has extensive experience in civil, administrative and economic law. He was a successful candidate in the competition organized by Forbes „Profesjonaliści Forbesa 2012 – zawody zaufania publicznego” (Forbes Professionals Contest 2012 – Advocate as a Public Confidence Profession in the category : Wielkopolska Region Advocate.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Post graduate law studies in Trier, Germany.
